Hillary Clinton says Democratic nomination is for 'every little girl'
Hillary Clinton has claimed victory in the Democratic Presidential nomination race over Bernie Sanders.
Mrs Clinton said her win was for "every little girl who dreams big".
Her daughter Chelsea also tweeted her congratulations.
Mrs Clinton is predicted to win the nomination contest in New Jersey which will cement her victory despite Bernie Sanders's projected success in North Dakota.
Six states are voting in primaries on Tuesday.
Meanwhile the presumptive Republican Presidential nominee, Donald Trump, won primaries in New Jersey, New Mexico and South Dakota.
