Prankster puts glasses on floor in gallery and fools people into thinking it is art
A teenager claims to have fooled gallery goers into thinking a pair of glasses he put on the floor was a work of art.
TJ Khayatan carried out the prank at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art - and later snapped people taking pictures of his 'masterpiece'.
The 17-year-old told Buzzfeed he came up with the idea after feeling uninspired by some of the real works on display.
He said: "We stumbled upon a stuffed animal on a grey blanket and questioned if this was really impressive to some of the nearby people."
The prank has since gone viral after being retweeted nearly 50,000 times.
