Man-eating Nile crocodiles discovered in Florida
Scientists in America are trying to establish how aggressive "man-eating" crocodiles arrived in Florida.
The first of the crocodiles, a hatchling found outside a house near Miami, was captured in 2009, but the results of DNA testing have only just been revealed.
Since the first discovery two more crocodiles have also been found - a small female was spotted in Homestead, Florida in 2011 and a male crocodile was caught in a canal in 2014.
The man-eating Nile crocodiles can grow to more than 16 feet in length and kill up to 200 people a year.
But scientists are baffled as to where they came from as their DNA does not match that of Nile crocodiles in any Florida attractions, including Disney's Animal Kingdom.
The possibility that they were imported illegally is one theory being explored.
