Rita Ora leaves the X Factor
Rita Ora has left the X Factor after just one season.
The 25-year-old singer joined Nick Grimshaw and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini for the popular entertainment show in 2015, having joined from The Voice UK.
Both Grimshaw and Fernandez-Versini have already confirmed they will not return as judges this year - along with presenters Caroline Flack and Olly Murs.
The Poison star mentored the 'girls' category and was the tutor to the eventual winner, Louisa Johnson.
Simon Cowell is now the only remaining judge from 2015 series, and Rita had this to say to her former colleague:
Olly Murs' exit had paved the way for the return of Dermot O'Leary, who confirmed he would return to the show in March.
Earlier this year the 42-year-old said: "I'm very flattered to be asked back to the X Factor, and am currently dusting off my dancing shoes."
