Hillsborough inquest findings dominate newspaper front pages

The national newspaper headlines are today dominated by the Hillsborough inquest findings.

The 96 Liverpool fans who died in the Hillsborough disaster were unlawfully killed, the inquest's jury concluded after sitting for more than two years.

The broadsheets led with the cheering families of the Hillsborough victims who have waited 27 years for justice.

The Daily Mirror focused on what will happen next for those involved while the Daily Mail had a comment piece from Peter Oborne on police lies and corruption.

The Sun and The Times did not feature the inquest findings on their front page at all.

The Sun is still boycotted by many in Liverpool as it ran a story after the disaster entitled "The Truth", blaming fans for the Hillsborough disaster.
