Politicians including Boris Johnson and David Cameron are turned into children in new Green Party advert

The Green Party's new advert has turned politicians into children with hilarious results.

The 'not so secret life of 5-year-old politicians' will be broadcast on TV tonight ahead of next month's local elections.

It starts with little Boris Johnson pedalling round the playground before having a row with little George Osborne on who will be the next Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, in the nursery little Jeremy Corbyn is upset after claiming "everybody's saying bad things about me and it has to stop" after finding the note below.

In a 'House of Commons' debate little Jeremy tells little David Cameron "even your mummy doesn't agree with your policies".

Little David doesn't like this and retorts: "My mum would say put on a suit, do up a tie and sing the national anthem."

Contemplating the future of his party, little Tim Farron says: "It was Nick's fault.

"He got really friendly with David and David lied to him and stitched him up."

While little Theresa May is stepping up immigration control and chucking dolls and bears out of the country.

Little Zac Goldsmith then goes on the rampage claiming his house is bigger than everyone elses.

The clip ends with a woman from the Green Party making a pitch for "grownup politics".

"Childish isn't it? This political infighting isn't helping anybody," she says.

"While the other parties throw around insults, we've been working hard for you. We're a party that believes in an economy that gives everyone their fair share."

The video was made by Creature of London, the people behind last year's Green Party video, which featured the party leaders as a mock boyband.

The latest advert will be shown for the first time tonight on ITV at 6.25pm.
