Judge: Porsche not at fault in Paul Walker crash
The widow of a driver who died alongside actor Paul Walker in a Porsche crash has lost her lawsuit against the motor company.
Kristine Rodas argued her husband, Roger, died because the Porsche Carrera GT he was driving lacked several key safety features.
"Fast & Furious" actor Walker was also killed in the Los Angeles accident in 2013 after their car struck three trees and burst into flames.
But now a judge in the USA has ruled Mrs Rodas cannot prove the car maker is responsible for the accident.
He said there was no evidence the Porsche's suspension failed before the crash, as Mrs Rodas' lawsuit claimed.
At the time of his death, Walker was on a break from filming the seventh installment of the "Fast & Furious" franchise.
The latest court ruling has no bearing, however, on separate cases brought by Walker's daughter or father in Los Angeles Superior Court.
