Tulisa Contostavlos faces Ferrari drink-driving charge

Former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has been charged with drink-driving after allegedly crashing a Ferrari.

The 27-year-old singer has also been charged with dangerous driving over the incident outside Southgate Tube station in north London on 10 September 10 last year.

At the time,it was reported that the star was arrested following an alleged collision between a Ferrari and a Saab shortly before midnight.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed: "A woman has been charged with driving offences following a collision on 10 September 2015 outside Southgate Underground station".

Tulisa will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court on 4 April.
