Boy, 14, among 25 passengers kicked off plane because of 'disorderly behaviour'
A 14-year-old boy was among 25 passengers kicked off a plane by police because of disorderly behaviour.
The flight had been due to depart Gatwick North Terminal for Costa Rica on Monday morning but was delayed by three hours.
It later emerged that the delay was caused when the captain refused to take off due to the behaviour of the 24 men and young boy.
They were escorted from the plane by Sussex Police.
"There was no violence as the officers escorted them away, and no evidence of criminal offences on the aircraft or in the airport," a police spokesman said.
Thomson Airways apologised to customers for the inconvenience.
