With the help of the EA SPORTS Player Performance Index, we can reveal the top 10 hardest working teams in 2016, based on average distance covered per match.
While most teams have played eight matches since the turn of the year, Man City, Everton, Liverpool and Newcastle have only featured in seven each, which means that working out an average figure per match provides the most accurate measurement.
