Secret Service agent 'choke-slams journalist at Trump rally'

A Secret Service agent has been accused of "choke-slamming" a journalist at a Donald Trump rally.

Footage posted on Twitter showed the moment the agent grappled with Times photographer Chris Morris in Virginia.

Morris claims the altercation was sparked when he "stepped 18 inches out of the pen" to take pictures of protesters.

"He grabbed me by the neck and started choking me and then slammed me to the ground," he told CNN.

Morris was escorted out of the venue after the altercation.
