Oscars: Full list of winners from the 2016 Academy Awards

The Oscars

It was a night filled with glitz, glamour - and jokes about the lack of diversity within Hollywood.

Mad Max: Fury Road was the night's biggest winner, taking home six awards.

Spotlight was named the year's Best Film, and Brie Larson was named Best Actress for her role in Room.

But the biggest cheer of the evening was reserved for Leonardo DiCaprio, who - after six nominations and no previous wins - walked away with the gong for Best Actor.
