One of Britain's most wanted fugitives is believed to be hiding out in Australia after more than 10 years on the run.

Kevin Parle, 35, is thought to have fled to Spain after being linked to two separate murders in Merseyside in 2004 and 2005, but is now believed to have been sighted in Perth.

Members of the public have been warned not to approach Parle, who often goes by the nickname ‘Hemp’ or the name Joseph.

He is wanted in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Liam Kelly, who was shot in the chest in a street in Toxteth in 2004, and of the murder of Lucy Hargreaves, 22, who was shot as she slept on a sofa in her home in Walton in 2005.
