Will Dylan Hartley be named new England rugby skipper?

If you ever needed an example of why England's new rugby coach differs from his predecessor, look no further than his expected choice of captain.
If, as expected , Northampton hooker Dylan Hartley is named skipper today, it will mark the end of the Stuart Lancaster era, with an emphatic switch of philosophy.
Lancaster went with the dependable Chris Robshaw. A decent back row forward, who many thought lucky to be in the team.
Lancaster also didn't select several talented players because of discipline issues, including Manu Tuilagi who was arrested for assaulting a policewoman and consequently left out of the World Cup squad.
Hartley himself, who was ineligible for only the first game of the tournament for his latest indiscretion - head butting an opponent - has also missed out on selection in the past. In total he has had five suspensions in three years and has been banned for a total of 54 weeks.
But the New England coach , Australian Eddie Jones, approves of players it seems, who " play on the edge". He's already said his new captain must be the first name on the team sheet.
We knew this new management was going to be different. And his first major decision, looks like being the proof of it.
