Brooklyn Beckham finally gets sweet revenge on dad David

Brooklyn Beckham well and truly got his own back this Christmas after his father David showed him on social media on more than one occasion.

While the former England captain is apparently dozing, Brooklyn posted an Instagram snap of David covered in sweets on the sofa, with the caption: "Caught my dad asleep".

Only two days before, Beckham, 40, posted a photo of his 16-year-old son "looking his cool self" with a Christmas elf, adding: "Love you big boy."

As if that wasn't enough, he also posted a picture of himself and Brooklyn's mum Victoria sharing a Christmas kiss on the same night.

And last month, David again poked fun at him on the social media site, commenting on a photo: "That's my jumper."

Months before, the oldest Beckham child had been boasting of reaching one million followers on Instagram, when his Dad popped his head in to say: "I've got 52."
