Louisa Johnson looking forward to 'working hard' for a successful career after X Factor win

Louisa Johnson is looking forward to "working hard" and making songs people can "connect to" after taking home the X Factor title.

The 17-year-old celebrated her X Factor success with orange juice as she became the youngest ever contestant to win the competition.

Louisa told GMB she is now going to work hard towards a successful career as "it's all I want to do".

Louisa sailed to victory in Sunday night’s live finale at London’s Wembley Arena.

Louisa told GMB she was "shocked" when her name was called out as the winner.

She beat double act Reggie ‘N’ Bollie to the title as the twelfth series of the ITV show came to a close.

The Essex schoolgirl won X Factor with 53.9 per cent of the vote and has been the bookies’ favourite since the beginning of the competition

As she won she cried: "I’ve imagined this day for so many years, it’s incredible. You have no idea how much this means to me."

Simon Cowell gave Louisa glowing praise saying she was one of the best singers ever on the show.
