Third time not so lucky for resident who spend £30k flood-proofing her home only to be waterlogged again

A woman who spent £30,000 on flood-proofing her property has told ITV News how she is once again clearing out her home - after being flooded for the third time in ten years.

Lynne Jones's home in Keswick, Cumbria, was first hit by floods in 2005.

After her home was damaged by flooding again in 2009, she decided to spend £30,000 on flood defences for her property including concrete floors.

But after flooding hit the town again last weekend, she is again counting the cost of the repairs to her home.
