Charred bodies found in search for Australians missing in Mexico
Two bodies have been found in the search for two Australians surfers missing in Mexico.
The Chevy van Dean Lucas and Adam Coleman were driving was discovered burnt-out with two charred bodies inside.
While it is confirmed the vehicle was theirs, further tests are being done to determine the identities of the deceased.
It is feared the pair may have fallen victim in violence-ridden Sinaloa state where murders, violent robberies and kidnappings are common.
The men planned to drive from the coastal town of Topolobampo to Mr Coleman's Mexican girlfriend's home in Guadalajara on November 20, but never arrived.
A Go Fund Me page set up to support both men's families getting over to Mexico has raised $42,000 in just one day.
It said: "They hold deep fears for their sons but stress they are still waiting for details to be confirmed. "
