Leeds United sack manager Rosler after Brighton loss

Leeds United have sacked manager Uwe Rosler after just five months in charge of the Championship side.

The former Brentford and Wigan boss is the latest victim of owner Massimo Cellino who has a fondness for sacking manager, Rosler being his sixth in just 18 months.

Rosler was appointed in May and has seen his side pick up 11 points in the same amount of league games, but was dismissed after the team lost at home to Brighton at the weekend, leaving the club in 18th place in the league.Former Rotherham manager Steve Evans is expected to take over at Elland Road imminently.
