The daughter of 'Crocodile Hunter' Steve Irwin broke down in tears following an emotional tribute to her dad on the US version of Dancing With the Stars.

Seventeen-year-old Bindi was overwhelmed with emotion after she dedicated her dance on the show to her late father.

Steve Irwin died tragically in 2006 after being stabbed in the chest by a barb from a stingray while filming.

After Bindi's dance to The Police classic Every Breath You Take, she burst into tears.

The theme to her dance was "my most memorable year" and the Aussie star landed a huge 28 out of 30 score.
