Sainsbury's bus crash victim will be 'sadly missed by all', daughter tells ITV News
The daughter of a woman killed when a double-decker bus crashed into a Sainsbury's has told ITV News she will be "sadly missed by all".
Pedestrian Dora Hancox, who was 76 and from Nuneaton, died after the bus crashed into the Coventry supermarket on Saturday.
Rowan Fitzgerald, aged seven, of Leamington Spa, who was travelling on the bus, also died following the incident.
Wendy Hancox, the daughter of Dora Hancox, told ITV News she was "just starting to live again" following the death of her husband Harry.
"My mum has struggled to come to terms with the loss of my dad as he suffered from dementia," Wendy said.
"This tragedy has cut short her life at the time when she was just starting to live again.
"She will be sadly missed by all and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren will now not have the opportunity to gain memories from getting to know her."
The family of the 77-year-old bus driver involved in the crash has said he is "devastated to the core" by what happened.
Rowan Fitzgerald's cousin, an eight-year-old girl, was also injured and is now in a stable condition in hospital.
West Midlands Police is appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
