Caitlyn Jenner avoids charges over fatal car crash
Former Olympian and reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner will not be charged in connection with a fatal car crash in Malibu earlier this year, prosecutors have announced.
Kim Howe, 69, died in February when her Lexus was knocked into oncoming traffic by a vehicle driven by Caitlyn, the stepfather of Kim Kardashian, who was known as Bruce at the time.
On Wednesday, Los Angeles prosecutors said that based on the facts in the case, there was insufficient evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Jenner's conduct was unreasonable.
Jenner, 65, was driving a Cadillac Escalade along Pacific Coast Highway and towing a trailer carrying a dune buggy when she crashed into two other cars, according to authorities.
During the crash, Ms Howe's vehicle was shoved across a center divider and into oncoming traffic, where it was struck head-on by a Hummer.
