Jeremy Kyle splits from wife of 13 years

Talk show host Jeremy Kyle has revealed that he has split up from his wife Carla Germaine.

Speaking to The Sun Kyle announced that "after 13 years of a generally happy marriage my wife and I, Carla, have separated amicably."

The couple who were married for 13 years are believed to still be on "good terms" following the break-down of their relationship following hints made by Kyle on his show in June that suggested he was having marital problems.

Kyle told The Sun: “We have sadly grown apart over recent years and been living apart since earlier this ­summer.”

The couple, who have three children together, first met when Germaine entered a radio station competition to marry a stranger. After divorcing her first husband she went on to wed Kyle in 2002.

Kyle, 50, was previously married to Kirsty Rowley before meeting model Germaine.
