Art critic Brian Sewell dies aged 84
Outspoken art critic Brian Sewell has died aged 84.
The award-winning writer had been an art critic at the London Evening Standard for more than 30 years and won the Orwell Prize in 2003 for the column that he wrote for the paper.
Sewell, who had been battling cancer for the past year, died today according to his agent Francine Fletcher.
