Footballers tweet best wishes to Man United defender Luke Shaw after injury

Players have quickly rallied on social media to wish Manchester United defender Luke Shaw a speedy recovery after he seemed to suffer a serious injury in the Champions League.

The England left-back needed oxygen as he was stretchered off after being in a challenge with PSV's Hector Moreno.

Many fellow professionals took to Twitter and Instagram to express their support for the stricken Shaw.
