Sadiq Khan selected for Mayor of London: Is this a step to the left for the Labour Party?

Labour supporters in London have chosen Tooting MP Sadiq Khan as their candidate for mayor.

This vote, a shift to the party's left, is being seen as a boost for Jeremy Corbyn's chances in the party's leadership contest.

Corbyn is favourite to win tomorrow but today he seemed to be feeling the pressure of future leadership.
