Championship review: Matty Phillips and Charlie Austin on target as QPR stage unlikely comeback at Wolves
Charlie Austin scored and Matt Phillips found the net twice as QPR came from 2-0 down to beat Wolves in their first league win of the season.
Austin, who has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs, scored in his second successive match to put QPR back in the game after they had gone behind to goals from Benik Afobe and Kevin McDonald.
Phillips equalised in the 52nd minute and then rounded off a 3-2 win for the Londoners with a 25-yard effort 18 minutes from time.
Hull moved up to second in the standings with a 2-1 win over Fulham.
Sone Aluko struck four minutes from time to give the Tigers all three points after Tom Cairney had equalised Ahmed Elmohamady's opener.
Bristol City defender Aden Flint scored an injury-time equaliser to deny Leeds their first win of the season.
Leeds went ahead through Mirco Antenucci and Chris Wood, but Kieran Agard pulled one back before Flint struck in the 95th minute to ensure Uwe Rosler's team drew their third successive league game of the season.
There was also late drama at Hillsborough, where Modou Sougou scored his second goal in two games to ensure Sheffield Wednesday took a point from their game against Reading.
Wednesday went behind to Daniel Williams' second-half goal, but substitute Sougou converted a right-foot shot in the 90th minute to snatch a 1-1 draw for Carlos Carvalhal's men.
