A look back as Cilla Black becomes an ITV News reporter for the day
Cilla Black was known for her both good humour and ability to successfully turn her hand to a variety of things from singing to acting to presenting.
In March 1992, Cilla took part in National Trading Places Day for charity and became an ITV News reporter for the day, as Peter Smith reports.
She interviewed pupils at Hyde Junior School, who were trading places with their teachers, and said she found the experience a "lorra lorra fun".
Cilla admitted that her script had grease stains on it as she had been eating a "chip butty" earlier.
