Dave Grohl, the lead singer of the Foo Fighters, has apparently broken his leg during a concert in Sweden - before carrying on his performance.
Eyewitnesses said Grohl, 46, fell off the stage during his second song at a concert in Gothenburg on Friday.
In a video uploaded to YouTube, Grohl tells fans: "I think I just broke my leg...so you have my promise right now that the Foo Fighters we gotta come back and finish the show but right now...I'm going to go to the hospital."

After receiving treatment backstage, witnesses said the singer returned 15 minutes later to resume his performance while wearing a cast.
He reportedly said: "I may not be able to walk or run but I can still play guitar and scream."
Fans were quick to show their appreciation for Grohl's commitment on social media.
After the show, the Foo's official Twitter account posted a photo of the X-Ray of Grohl's fracture, with the message: "Thank you Gothenburg. That was amazing."
