X Factor singer's father charged with fraud
The father of former X Factor star Ella Henderson has been charged with seven offences relating to fraud, theft and money laundering.
Sean Henderson, 49, was charged yesterday, along with three other people, the Grimsby Telegraph reported.
A fifth person is expected to be charged at a later date, police said.
Henderson was arrested, along with his wife Michelle, 51, in April 2013 at their home in Tetney, Lincolshire. Michelle Henderson was released with no further action.
Sean Henderson has been released on bail and is due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on 8 July.
Ella Henderson, 19, signed a record deal with Simon Cowell after taking sixth place in the contest in 2012, despite being tipped to win the show.
