Every disaster brings an epidemic of trauma related mental health problems and the Nepal earthquake is no exception.

Dr Mita Rana lost her sister, she was crushed when buildings fell onto her car.
The women she is helping are dealing with their losses. One lost her 6-month-old baby in the disaster. Another was left trapped for hours when her home collapsed.
