Bournemouth set for Premier League for first time in their history

Bournemouth all but sealed promotion to the top-flight for the first time in their history with a 3-0 win against Bolton.

Goals from Marc Pugh, Matt Ritchie and top scorer Callum Wilson sealed the Cherries' 25th win of the season and left them on a brink of promotion.

The final whistle sparked jubilant scenes with thousands of fans racing onto the pitch.

Only defeat on the final day of the season and a 19-goal swing in Middlesborough's favour would prevent them from reaching the Premier League.

And Eddie Howe's side can still clinch the Championship title if they better Watford's result on Saturday.

Promotion caps a remarkable turnaround for the South Coast club who were on the brink of going out of the Football League in 2009.
