Jessica Ennis-Hill I can't stop smiling. And she has good reason too.

Already British Athletics darling, she's now happily married with a baby - Reggie - who'll be 1 in July, and now back on the road to Olympic glory.

Having won gold at the London Olympics in 2012, Ennis- Hill told ITV news that she's set on retaining her title at the Olympics in Rio in 2016.

ITV News' Ian Payne reports:

Her plan is to compete in various events this summer, both individual and in the Heptathlon, and then build towards Brazil the following Summer.

But having a baby has given her a whole new perspective on life "I can really appreciate how hard it is for all working mothers", she said.

She admits it's going to be tough and she has a few injury problems to overcome, but she's determined to compete at the highest level again.

"Rio's definitely the goal", she says. And it's obvious this new, even busier life suits her.
