The Champions League returns to ITV this evening as defending champions Real Madrid visit Atletico in a rematch of last year's final.

Diego Simeone's side were denied late on in May and have the chance to make amends this time around with their hopes of retaining La Liga all but over.

Real are seven points better off in the Spanish league despite being beaten twice by Atletico this season, shipping six goals without reply.
