People need to "vote big" and "vote brave" in the upcoming general election, the Green Party has said, promising to stand up to "the establishment parties".

The billboard will be unveiled in Brighton today, as the Greens hope to encourage voters to help make "bold changes" on issues including the NHS and climate change, urging them not to vote for "second best".

Former MP Caroline Lucas, who will be defending the Brighton Pavilion seat, said only her party was willing to "stand up to the establishment".
