Bear Grylls smashes into This Morning studio

Adventurer Bear Grylls made a very dramatic entrance into the ITV studios today, racing up the Thames and smashing his way, Tarzan style, onto the This Morning sofa.

Presenters Ruth and Eamonn were forced to duck for cover as he smashed their famous window and swung into the studio.

His dramatic entrance comes ahead of his latest show, Mission Survive, during which eight celebrities face a 12-day survival mission.

Each episode will see the celebrities having to stay alive in an epic adventure in the rain forest of Costa Rica.
