Miliband will be feeling like he's won tax battle
It certainly leaves Labour feeling like they've won this battle.
Lord Fink said Ed Miliband didn't repeat the allegations he made in the Commons - therefore we must assume he isn't going to pursue his threat to sue.
It all centres around the claim Lord Fink avoided paying tax - and he has admitted that himself today.
Miliband also used the word "dodgy" during Prime Minister's Question Time yesterday- a word he didn't repeat today.
It's a moot point whether he was aiming that at Lord Fink. He did talk generally about "dodgy donors" and again about them here.
Of course, all this has overshadowed his big talk on education, but he will be feeling quite happy to be standing up, as he sees it, to the powerful.
