The 12-storey Clarion casino-hotel had stood in Las Vegas for 44 years and was once owned by Hollywood star Debbie Reynolds.

But now it is no more after becoming the latest structure to be demolished on the famous strip.

The 200-room building, which was also known as the Greek Isles and the Paddle Wheel, is the first hotel to be knocked down since 2007, when the New Frontier and Stardust were "imploded".
