Iraq 'struggling' to fund military operations against Islamic State

The Prime Minister of Iraq says his country is running out of money to fight the terrorists of the self-styled Islamic State - because of falling revenues from lower oil prices.

At a conference in London, America's Secretary of State, John Kerry, claimed the momentum of Islamic State had been halted.
