Throat infection forces Jessie J to postpone opening night of tour
Pop star Jessie J has been forced to postpone her Glasgow show tonight due to a throat infection.
The singer had been due to open her latest tour at the city's O2 Academy, with dates in Newcastle tomorrow and Manchester on Saturday.
But the gig has now been pushed back to February 1.
A statement from Jessie J was published on the Academy's Facebook page.
An Academy spokesman said all tickets for tonight's show would be valid for the new date. Anyone who cannot make it will be eligible to claim a refund from the point of purchase.
The O2 Academy in Newcastle tweeted that it expected the singer to take to the stage as planned tomorrow.
