Virgin Trains' customer service team went above and beyond the call of duty when one passenger tweeted about his toilet woes.

Teen vlogger Adam Greenwood, from Lancaster, found himself in a nightmare situation while travelling on the train from London Euston to Glasgow - a complete lack of loo roll.

But rather than keeping quiet about the situation, Adam decided to tweet about his predicament:
