Arnie helps superfan pop the question in Leeds

He's been a bodybuilder, an actor and even governed California, but now Arnold Schwarzenegger can add matchmaker to his list.

When he was in Leeds last week, the Terminator star did a special favour for a superfan.

After speaking to Jonathan Ross at a charity event, Arnie got the microphone and said: "Jessica, can you say to Dean that you will marry him?"

He then invited Dean Goulding and Jess Eddy up on stage so Dean could get down on one knee and pop the question properly.

Luckily for Dean, Jess said yes. But speaking to ITV Calender afterwards, the pair joked that not even their wedding could top the proposal.

Dean said: "How on earth can you top this?"

Jess added: "Dean was so excited when he asked us to get on stage, he practically kicked over a chair."

Arnie later posted a clip of the proposal on Youtube with the message: "Congratulations, I wish you the best".
