Actor Warwick Davis has come under fire on Twitter after tweeting about his new set of free luggage during the two-minute silence to commemorate Remembrance Day.

The actor, known for his roles in Willow, Star Wars, Harry Potter, tweeted a picture of the new Samsonite luggage at 11.01am.

The actor was criticised by fellow Twitter users immediately after the silence ended.Warwick later apologised for the 'ill-timed' tweet.
