Lynda Bellingham fans call for return of Oxo ads in Christmas tribute
ITV News readers have sent in their tributes to actress Lynda Bellingham - with several calling for the return of the Oxo adverts that shot her to national fame.
Commenting on our Facebook page, Helen Scanlan wrote: "I think it would be a wonderful gesture to her family if the old Oxo adverts were screened over Christmas. Linda didn't make it to Christmas but she remains in the nations hearts. Prayers to her family and friends."
The post got a hugely positive response, with a separate Facebook group already set up calling for the move.
Bellingham starred alongside on-screen husband Michael Redfern in the popular run of TV ads, which ran from the early 1980s to the end of the millenium, when the family - now grown - moved out of the home in which they had become famous.

Premier Foods, the owner of Oxo, has declined to comment on whether they will revive the ad campaign.
