Ex-Dr Who star Matt Smith refuses to comment over 'nude hack'
Former Dr Who actor Matt Smith has refused to comment over claims him and his ex-girlfriend Daisy Lowe are the latest victims of nude photo hacking.
Eighteen intimate images of the pair, who dated from 2010 to 2013, were apparently uploaded online under the title "Daisy Lowe Leaked Nude".
They are said to show the couple posing in front of a hotel mirror.
High-profile celebrities such as actress Jennifer Lawrence hit out after naked images of her were leaked last month.
In an interview with Vanity Fair magazine, she branded it a "sex crime" and said anyone who looked at the images should "cower with shame".
Snaps of Rihanna, Rita Ora and Cat Deeley have also been posted online.
But it seems hackers, who post the pictures in return for virtual money Bitcoins in what is known as "Fappening", are now turning their attentions to male stars.
Smith is said to be the second male celebrity to be targeted after pictures of Hulk Hogan's son Nick were allegedly posted earlier this week.
The actor's publicist told ITV News: "We will not be commenting."
A spokesman for Miss Lowe did not respond to our requests for comment.
