George Clooney says married life 'feels pretty damn great'
Newlywed George Clooney has declared that married life "feels pretty damn great".
Clooney tied the knot with human rights lawyer Amal Alamuddin at the weekend during a lavish four-day getaway, which saw a plethora of A-listers grace the canals of Venice.
The couple have shared photographs of their private wedding ceremony at the sumptuous Aman Canal Grande with Hello! magazine.
The front cover reveals Alamuddin wore a custom-made, French lace Oscar de la Renta dress, embroidered with pearls and diamante.
Clooney opted for a black tuxedo from Giorgio Armani's Made To Measure collection and leather oxfords.
His cufflinks were an elegant and personal touch - a gift from his soon-to-be wife. Each was engraved with the word "George", written in Arabic.
The Hollywood actor told the magazine, "My verdict on being Mr and Mrs Clooney? It feels pretty damn great."
The wedding features in the latest edition of Hello! - on sale tomorrow - while it is being covered in the US by People magazine.
