It has been 20 years to the day since the legendary sitcom Friends aired on TV screens in the US.

You may think you know everything about the show, but here are some fun facts you may not be aware of.

1) The show could have been called Insomnia Cafe or Friends Like Us but after several script rewrites and changes the series was finally named Friends.
