William Hague steps down as Foreign Secretary
By Tom Bradby: ITV News Political Editor
William Hague has stepped down as Foreign Secretary as part of David Cameron's Cabinet reshuffle.
David Cameron decided he wanted him closer to hand in an election year and so he will move to be Leader of the House, which is effectively a non-job with so little business going through the Commons.
This will allow him to attend daily meetings in Downing Street to plan the election campaign.
We understand tonight that he is likely to be replaced by Philip Hammond, the low-key Defence Secretary.
