The future king was seen beginning to walk around on his own two feet yesterday, under the watchful gaze of his mother, the Duchess of Cambridge.

With his little hand firmly grasped by Kate, Prince George happily waddled, toddled and crawled as he watched his father and uncle play a charity polo match in Cirencester Park Polo Club, Gloucestershire.

The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry were taking part in the annual Jerudong Trophy match at Cirencester Park Polo Club in Gloucestershire, but it was Prince George who stole the spotlight.

With his full head of blond hair, and dressed in a red and white candy striped dungaree shorts, the 10-month-old Prince was seen happily crawling around, and seemed to be interested in the horses.

The princes are keen polo players and last year Prince William left his wife Kate to attend the charity match. Some of the funds raised go to Centrepoint, a charity supported by the Duke which supports young people facing the threat of homelessness.
