Crimea referendum ballot paper published

The ballot paper that the people of Crimea will use in Sunday's referendum has been published today. It gives them the option of voting to become part of Russia, or becoming more independent within Ukraine, but not to leave things as they are.

America and Britain have said that they will not recognise the result.
